the breakfast was acceptable.
I wasn't happy with the noise level (it seemed constant) because of thin walls. i could hear everything from the hallway and the adjacent rooms, including conversations and tv noise, and it made it difficult to relax. also, the air conditioning was ineffective. The room remained too warm, even after i adjusted the thermostat (which i found quite irritating).

i found the location to be convenient, near the square and various transport options. several restaurants were close by. the cleanliness of the hotel impressed me. the staff was friendly, and they gave a very cute impression upon my arrival.
I did notice the double glazing could use an upgrade. Street noise was somewhat noticeable. this minor issue did not significantly detract from my overall visit. i think the hotel should address this for an even better experience.

the hotel's location was excellent for exploring. it was close to major attractions like the acropolis. the staff was professional and cute. i especially appreciated the breakfast packs i received for my early excursion. the housekeeping service occurred twice daily.
my room's air conditioning did not function properly during the winter.

The check-in was not great. I think a little more information should be provided when you arrive. it would be nice if they gave me a map with some explanations regarding the key card. also, the hot breakfast items weren't hot. i noticed there wasnt replenishment of tea or milk either, which i think is needed.

I experienced some noise from traffic and nearby restaurants until late at night. Soundproofing could improve the sleep quality.
